Our organization is a dedicated organization committed to fostering international cooperation and non-formal education through impactful Erasmus+ projects across Europe. Our mission is to transform youth work into a future-oriented, inclusive, and empowering experience. We engage with young people, youth workers, and partner organizations who prioritize quality and long-term collaboration. Our expertise spans Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, and Cooperation Partnerships, ensuring comprehensive participant preparation and sustainable project outcomes.
Our Partnership Areas
Our initiatives are built around the core priorities of Erasmus+, with a strong focus on innovation and social responsibility. We promote Digital Youth Work by using technology to increase participation, accessibility, and inclusion. Our Outdoor & Environmental projects treat nature as a powerful learning space, fostering leadership skills and environmental awareness. In Entrepreneurship, we develop life skills and encourage sustainable impact through social innovation. Through Art and Creative Expression, we strengthen intercultural dialogue, creativity, and active civic engagement among young people.
Digital Youth Work
Digital Youth Work is grounded in the belief that technology should empower young people rather than overwhelm them, recognizing digital environments as equally important spaces for learning, participation, and identity development as physical community spaces. Rooted in a human-centred philosophy, it integrates digital tools into non-formal education in a conscious, purposeful, and reflective way, combining critical thinking, creativity, emotional wellbeing, and active citizenship. By blending experiential learning — including outdoor and community-based activities — with meaningful digital integration, it ensures that technology enhances reflection, collaboration, and inclusion instead of replacing human connection. Our approach promotes digital literacy beyond technical competence, emphasizing media awareness, ethical responsibility, data protection, resilience against disinformation, and balanced digital habits. Digital Youth Work seeks to nurture resilient, empathetic, and socially responsible young people who can navigate both digital and real-world environments with confidence, integrity, and purpose.
Outdoor & Environment
The OUTDOOR+ Environment is a transformative youth work philosophy that recognises nature as a powerful co-educator, where learning emerges through lived experience, movement, shared responsibility, and meaningful reflection. Grounded in outdoor experiential education, eco-village values, sustainability principles, and non-formal learning, it creates immersive 24/7 community-based learning spaces in rural and natural settings that foster leadership, resilience, cooperation, and strong environmental awareness. Through thematic hikes, low ropes challenges, outdoor simulations, eco-friendly community living, sustainable mobility, outdoor cooking, and hands-on ecological practices, participants actively practice low-impact lifestyles and responsible resource use. The approach follows a conscious post-digital principle, integrating technology only when it strengthens reflection, inclusion, and learning transfer, while maintaining presence, human connection, and deep respect for the natural environment. OUTDOOR+ promotes wellbeing, intercultural understanding, active citizenship, and environmentally responsible behaviour by harmoniously combining nature, sustainability, experiential learning, and innovative youth work into a coherent and future-oriented educational model.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and “We Startup” in our organization reflect a comprehensive approach to youth empowerment, where entrepreneurship is understood as both a life competence and a tool for creating sustainable impact. We promote life entrepreneurship by strengthening young people’s personal development, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and readiness to successfully enter and adapt within the labour market. At the same time, we foster business and social entrepreneurship as innovative pathways for young people to transform ideas into viable ventures that address social challenges and contribute to economic and community development. Through non-formal education, international cooperation, business simulations, and practical project implementation, we provide a safe and supportive environment for experimentation, learning, and growth. Our model integrates personal growth, business competence, and social responsibility, shaping a confident, creative, and socially aware entrepreneurial generation.
Art & Creative Expression
Creating and providing a canvas for self-expression through DIY, crafts, and diverse art forms, we encourage individuals to transform ideas into something tangible and meaningful. From dance, performance, painting, music, singing, clay, and nature art to many other creative practices, we see art as a powerful tool for exploration and personal growth. Our activities are grounded in creativity, non-formal education, and active civic engagement, as we believe every young person has unique potential to create positive change in their community and the world. By empowering youth through creativity, education, and international cooperation, we equip them with skills, confidence, and opportunities to actively participate in society while turning their passions into social or economic impact.
